How We Heal

So what is health and how do we heal?

We are all created intelligently to thrive on this planet. We all have different constitutions. We all are at different places on our healing journey, but we all can optimize our health to a very high degree to live in alignment with ourselves with nature and with the universe.

So if the body is not healthy and if we’re experiencing problems, that doesn’t mean that we’re broken. All it means is that we’re not living in harmony with nature.

It means that we are living with imbalances that are preventing our body from healing. So what those imbalances do is they create *toxemia* in the body.

Toxemia could be physical toxemia, as in physical toxins that are building up in the body, and we have to detoxify those through different channels…such as our stool, urine, sweat, breath, etc. They have to physically come out of the body.

Toxemia could be mental / emotional toxemia. These could be repressed emotions. These could be false belief systems that we’re living with. When we address those, we open up a huge capacity for vitality to go into the body and heal.

So, there are ups and downs on the journey. That is what life is, right?

Life is a dance, where we’re always going to be thrown new things and things will always be changing. So, instead of trying to live perfectly, we want to empower you and educate you by understanding what health is and how you can create health for yourself with the right tools and strategies.

We want to empower you to live in alignment so you can work towards health long-term in your own life.
