This privacy policy covers Haven board cleanup, an app operated by Haven Holistic Health (havenholistichealth.com).

About the app

Haven board cleanup is an internal tool Haven Holistic Health uses to organize its own Pinterest account. It is not offered to the public, and no other Pinterest users can connect to it.

What data it accesses

Through the Pinterest API, and only with the account owner’s permission, the app reads the boards, board sections and pins on Haven Holistic Health’s own Pinterest account. It does not access any other user’s data.

How the data is used

The data is used only to list those boards and pins and to move pins between boards and sections.

Storage and sharing

Data stays on a computer controlled by Haven Holistic Health. Pinterest access tokens are kept in a private local file. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only as long as the cleanup project needs it. It can be deleted at any time by removing the local files and disconnecting the app in Pinterest settings.
